ETHICS
Our CEO is active in the Sunrise Rotary in Tallahassee. We have adopted the Rotary 4-way test as our guiding principle:
1. Is it the truth?
2. Is it fair to all concerned?
3. Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

DIVERSITY
The Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary defines Diversity as:
"The quality or state of having many different forms, types, ideas, etc.
"The state of having people who are different races or who have different cultures in a group or organization "
At Innovative Management Services, this is also one of our core beliefs. Diversity is what helps keep us balanced in our knowledge, beliefs, and actions. We believe this enables us to provide our clients with advice that takes multiple perspectives into account.
INVOLVEMENT IN OUR COMMUNITY
Members of our team are very active volunteers in our community. We have served on the Boards in leadership roles and volunteered with the Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, Rotary Projects, Blueprint 2000, Christmas Connection, faith-based initiatives, and Move Tallahassee, a walking and connection-based organization.
